Biden: Heads of state are afraid of Trump’s victory

American President Joe Biden claimed that world leaders are asking him not to allow Donald Trump, the former head of the White House, to win the election because democracy is in danger.
Biden said at an event in New York: “Almost every head of state [says] you can’t let him [Trump] win because then democracy is at risk.”
The American president added: I am not that special, but I am not Trump. According to him, Trump “walked away” from NATO and allowed Russia to do whatever it wants.
Biden called his rival in the election the most undemocratic president since the American Civil War.
Trump himself has repeatedly stated that Biden endangers democracy in America. The former president noted that the time remaining until the US presidential election in November seems like an eternity in terms of the damage Biden could do to the country.
The US presidential election will be held on November 5. Trump has already won the necessary number of delegates to be nominated as the Republican nominee for President of the United States. Incumbent Joe Biden, who is running for a second term, has won the support of a sufficient number of Democratic Party representatives. Therefore, the competition is between the same candidates as four years ago.
