France, Jordan, and Egypt call for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza
The foreign ministers of France, Jordan, and Egypt called for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza. |
The war in Gaza has well revealed the hypocrisy of the Western authorities in the field of human rights. Although Western leaders insist on stopping this conflict by traveling to the West Asia, they ultimately side with the Zionist regime in the genocide of Palestinians and do not take any practical action to put pressure on this regime. One of these countries is France.
According to Al Jazeera, the foreign ministers of France, Jordan, and Egypt demanded the establishment of an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza and the release of all Zionist prisoners held by Hamas.
This request was made during the meeting of these officials in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
French Foreign Minister Stephen Sejourn announced in this joint press conference: Paris intends to submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council based on which the political framework for ending the Gaza war will be proposed.
He pointed out: The text of this draft includes all the vital points in order to reach a solution between the two governments to end the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
The two-state solution has been approved by the UN Security Council for years, but Israel is not willing to accept it at all. According to this resolution, the future state of Palestine will be formed in Gaza and the West Bank, which is equivalent to 22% of all Palestinian lands, and Israel will officially take over the remaining 78%. However, the officials of Netanyahu’s government say that the establishment of an independent Palestinian state endangers Israel’s national interests. =”fa fa-circle”/> International West Asia
