Hamas: The International Criminal Court should investigate Israel’s crimes in al-Shafa Hospital

The Hamas movement asked the international community to condemn the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in al-Shafa Hospital.

The 2-week siege of al-Shafa hospital by the Zionist regime resulted in dozens of people being killed and injured. The army of this regime has admitted that it has arrested 500 people in this hospital on the suspicion of connection with Hamas; An issue that has been accompanied by a sharp reaction from the Palestinians.

According to Al Jazeera, the Palestinian resistance movement (Hamas) today (Monday) asked the International Criminal Court to investigate the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in al-Shafa Hospital.

The statement published by this group states: We consider the American government and Joe Biden to be fully responsible for the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, the killing of civilians, and the organized destruction of people’s lives in this strip.

Referring to the Zionist’s permanent plan to occupy the Palestinian lands, Hamas emphasizes: the brutal attacks on Gaza once again showed the reality of what the Zionist enemies are looking for. They want to forcibly evict our people from their land.

This statement further adds: We ask the international community and the United Nations to condemn the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the Palestinians, especially in Al-Shafa hospital complex.

Referring to the necessity of pursuing the Zionist authorities for the crime in Gaza, Hamas states: We ask the international judicial authorities, especially the International Criminal Court, to take real measures in order to conduct an investigation into the crimes committed by Israel in al-Shafa Hospital.
