Warning about the second Nakbat in Palestine

In this statement, the Palestinian people are under occupation and there are many warnings about the “Second Nakbat” in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories. Israel uses strong and deadly weapons to attack the Palestinian people, which have very bad effects, and these attacks have so far caused the massacre of many civilians and the destruction of vital infrastructure. UN experts emphasized that, while Israel imposed an illegal blockade on the people of Gaza for 16 years, in the current situation, these people have been without food, water, medicine, and fuel for weeks, and Israel has not responded to any of the warnings and requests. The international community does not pay attention to lifting the blockade of Gaza and is starving civilians, which is considered a war crime. Half of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure, including more than 40,000 residential units, hospitals, schools, mosques, bakeries, water pipes, sewage networks, and electricity, has been destroyed. It threatens the continued life of Palestinians in this region.

As an occupying party, Israel has no right to attack the Palestinian people

These experts stated that the reality of Gaza is unbearable and represents a huge disaster. Such terrible aggressions cannot be justified in any way, and Israel is present as an occupying party in the occupied Palestinian territories, which includes the Gaza Strip, and therefore cannot wage war against the occupied Palestinian people.
