Jordan’s warning about the spread of war in the region

Jordan warned this Sunday that the continued aggression of the Zionist regime on the Gaza Strip as the month of Ramadan approaches will put the region at risk of spreading war.

According to al-Quds al-Arabi, Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi said in a joint press conference with Maria Gabriel, his Bulgarian counterpart, in the context of an unannounced official visit made by Gabriel to Jordan: Continued aggression (Gaza). In this situation, at the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, it puts the whole region at risk of spreading war and explosion in the region.

Safadi added that with each passing day, as the war continues, the risk of its spread and its casualties increase. Meanwhile, the Bulgarian Foreign Minister expressed his country’s concern about the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. He praised Jordan’s position and confirmed his country’s support for Jordan’s efforts to achieve peace.

The Zionist regime has been waging a devastating war in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, which has left tens of thousands of victims, most of them children and women, according to Palestinian and UN data, which led to the trial of this regime in The International Court of Justice in The Hague was convicted of war crimes.
