Trump hosted Orban on Friday night at his mansion in Florida, and according to the press release of the former US president’s campaign, he discussed a wide range of issues with the Hungarian Prime Minister. He exchanged views.
Orban said in an interview with Hungary’s “M1” channel about this meeting: If the Americans do not give weapons and money to (Ukraine) and Europe follows Washington, Then the war will end. If the Americans do not pay, the Europeans alone will not be able to fund the war, and as a result, the war will end.
He added: Trump is not the president now, but when the Democrats intend to allocate money and finance the war, his (Republican) party intervenes. Trump said he wouldn’t do it if he came back. He will not allocate a single penny to Ukraine and with this, the war will be over.
Trump and Orban have been allies for a long time and have conservative political approaches, and have often expressed their respect and support for each other.
