Russia: We are in constant contact with Iran

The deputy foreign minister of Russia says that he is in constant contact with the authorities of our country regarding Tehran's possible response to the recent attack by the Zionist regime.

Regarding the recent attack on our country’s consulate in Damascus and Iran’s potential response, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said: “We are in constant contact [with Iran], and within BRICS, new and deep discussions are expected in the near future about A wide range of issues related to the West Asia should be done”.
According to Sputnik, this Russian official further pointed to the role of the United States and said: “Russia condemns the Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus and believes that ignoring Israel’s actions in the West Asia, which is the core of Washington’s policy, To a large extent, it has become the main cause of more and more tragedies [in the region]”.
