He further added: Kiev is ready to commit any crime, including chemical provocations, and these actions are carried out with the approval of the West.
This senior Russian official stated: By using full-scale chemical agents against the Russian armed forces, Kiev is clearly violating the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
