Kremlin: bilateral relations between Russia and America are not established
Russia announced that in practice, bilateral relations between Moscow and Washington are not established at the moment.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, citing Sputnik, the Russian Kremlin issued a statement announcing that Moscow and Washington do not currently have bilateral relations.
