reported by Mehr News Agency According to Sputnik, Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has made an unexpected visit to the autonomous region of Chechnya, visited the Hazrat Isa Mosque in the city of Grozny in this country.
Putin, together with Ramzan Kadyrov, the president of the autonomous region of Chechnya, also visited the forces of this region who are preparing for the war in Ukraine.
This is Putin’s first visit to this region located in the North Caucasus since 2011. Putin’s surprise visit to Chechnya comes in the midst of Moscow’s efforts to expel Ukrainian forces from the Kursk region; An attack that is considered the biggest violation of Russian territory since the Second World War.
