Miqati’s new position
report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Nashrah, Najib Miqati, Prime Minister of the Advancement of Lebanese Affairs, announced in a press conference about the increase in the number of displaced people due to the attacks of the Zionist regime on Lebanon.
He added: The number of displaced people due to Israeli attacks has reached one million people. This wave of displacement is considered the biggest in the history of Lebanon. The government fulfills its duties based on its capabilities. More than 700 refugee settlement centers have been established.
Najib Miqati stressed: We are ready to receive aid provided that the donor is clear. We ask donor countries to help us in this difficult situation.
He added: We will not stop our diplomatic efforts for a moment and we have no option other than the diplomatic option. We demand a ceasefire on all fronts.
