The beginning of the third round of negotiations by US and Russian officials in Istanbul

The Russian delegation had previously arrived in Istanbul to hold the third round of talks between Moscow and Washington on the Ukrainian War and strengthening Fimbin relations. Two rounds of the talks have been held in Saudi Arabia so far.

Riyadh’s talks, including Yuri Oshakov, Putin’s foreign policy adviser, represented Russia, and Rubio participated in the meeting with US National Security Adviser Steve Witekaf, and US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.

The second round of negotiations was also performed on April 5 in Riyadh.
