Tensions Escalate Within Zionist Regime’s Security Cabinet
Last Night’s Meeting of Zionist Regime’s Security Cabinet Marked by Tensions Among Leaders
According to the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Jazeera, Channel 12 of the Zionist regime’s television reported that last night’s meeting of Tel Aviv’s security cabinet was marked by widespread tensions among participants.
The report, citing Zionist sources, adds that security officials opposed the idea of immediately expanding military operations in Gaza during the session.
Per this Zionist source, the cabinet meeting witnessed intense controversy and clashes among attendees, including bezalel Smotrich, the finance minister of the Zionist regime, Ronen Bar (head of Shin Bet), and Eyal Zamir (chief of staff).
The report states Netanyahu criticized these disagreements, saying the security cabinet must reconvene on Thursday to make necessary decisions.
The Zionist regime’s media agency also reported that Smotrich harshly criticized not only Shin bet’s head but also the military chief before storming out.
Israel Hayom quoted Smotrich denying he criticized Zamir—claiming instead he blamed Netanyahu for failing to impose political agendas on the military.
