Tel Aviv Responds to Security Council Meeting on Iran
The Israeli regime’s Foreign Minister responded to today’s UN Security Council meeting on Iran.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Gideon Sa’ar, Israel’s foreign Minister, reacted to today’s Security Council action on social media. He stated that the United Nations Security Council voted today to reinstate wide-ranging sanctions against Iran, effective from September 28.
sa’ar claimed that Iran’s nuclear program is not intended for peaceful purposes. He warned that nuclear weapons in Iran’s hands would mean the most risky regime possessing the deadliest arms. This, he said, fundamentally undermines global stability and security.
He added that the international community’s goal must remain unchanged: to prevent Iran from ever acquiring nuclear capabilities.
