Pro-Palestine Critic of EU Policies to Become Ireland’s President

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Bloomberg Television, Catherine Connolly secured victory in Ireland’s presidential election on Saturday.
As reported by Russia Today, she has criticized NATO for provoking conflicts in Ukraine, labeling its actions as “warmongering” and ”expansionism.”
Connolly is known for her support of Palestine and opposition to EU policies.
Her opponent, Heather Humphreys, conceded defeat and congratulated Connolly.
