U.S. and Israel’s Plan for Gaza: Armed Militants to Take Action
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an,the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported ongoing coordination between US military commanders stationed in Kiryat Gat,central occupied territories,and armed mercenaries including Abu Shabab militias east of Rafah.
The report states that besides Abu Shabab mercenaries,armed elements loyal to Hossam al-Astal in khan Yunis are also involved in these coordination efforts.
Israel Hayom added that al-Astal’s group receives arms support coordinated wiht the Israeli side. This is part of US initiatives aimed at establishing a local entity in Gaza aligned with Washington and Tel Aviv.
the goal for both the United States and Israel in organizing these proxy militias is to counter resistance forces while creating chaos and instability across Gaza.
The report further notes that Washington views these mercenaries as a temporary substitute for an international force within the Gaza Strip.
