According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov declared in his New Year’s message that the Russian Army is the most combat-ready military force in the world. He highlighted Moscow’s ongoing efforts to enhance the combat capabilities of its armed forces in 2025.
