Iranian Khorramshahr 4 80-target nightmare missile
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iran has unveiled a new missile city belonging to its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), featuring the Khorramshahr 4 missile. This significant unveiling occurred during a display of new missile capabilities, underscoring a substantial advancement in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s technical deterrence power across all dimensions.
Data published in Sobh-e Sadegh weekly, the press organ of the IRGC’s Political Deputy, reported that Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, emphasized the full readiness of the armed forces to confront any enemy action. He stated that following a recent 12-day conflict, the country’s defense doctrine has been revised and transformed into an offensive doctrine based on rapid and sustained operations employing asymmetric and potent military strategies.
During the visit to the missile city, the latest achievements, capabilities, and operational readiness of the missile units were assessed. Senior commanders of the armed forces were briefed on the progress and defensive preparedness of this strategic unit. The display of the Khorramshahr 4 missile within the IRGC’s missile city sends a clear message to regional and extra-regional actors, indicating that Iran’s missile capabilities are not only maintained but are continuously being upgraded with new technologies to enhance their accuracy, speed, and penetration power.
The shift in the armed forces’ doctrine to an offensive posture highlights the pivotal role of the Khorramshahr 4 missile and other ballistic missiles in active deterrence strategies and in responding to any potential threat.
