President Trump Signs 10% Tariff on All Imported Goods

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, President Donald Trump of the United States has announced the signing of new global customs tariffs, set at 10% for all countries, which will be implemented on an almost immediate basis. This decision marks a significant development in U.S. trade policy.
The action by President Trump follows a previous decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, which had rejected the Trump administration’s request to impose customs tariffs. These tariffs were initially proposed under the “International Economic Emergency Powers Act.” However, the court ruled that the President lacked the legal authority to enact such broad tariffs and required congressional authorization.
The U.S. Supreme Court had issued a ruling to revoke Trump’s tariffs with a 6-3 vote in favor of the decision.
