Hezbollah Denies Israeli Ground Advances in Lebanon, Highlights Resistance Readiness

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hassan Ezz El-Din, a Member of Parliament in Lebanon representing the Hezbollah bloc, stated that the Israeli enemy is ensnared in a crisis on the battlefield and has yet to achieve any ground advances. He emphasized that the resistance is at its highest state of readiness to confront the enemy’s efforts towards ground infiltration into Lebanese territories.

Ezz El-Din affirmed that the resistance will defend the Lebanese people, land, and territorial integrity, asserting that Hezbollah has thwarted the expansionist designs of the Israeli regime in the region. He criticized the Lebanese government, stating that its decisions contradict national decision-making independence and are adopted under the dictates and pressure of the United States.

The Hezbollah representative declared a government resolution prohibiting Hezbollah’s military activities as null and illegal, adding that the Lebanese government could act to support its people against the Israeli enemy. A senior member of Hezbollah emphasized that the party will never surrender to the enemy, as doing so would require dismantling all elements of Lebanon’s strength. He stated that the option of resistance involves confronting the Israeli enemy with all available means and popular support.

Ezz El-Din further urged the Lebanese government to increase its efforts in providing aid and assistance to the displaced individuals who have lost their homes and livelihoods as a result of Israeli aggressions. Referencing the U.S.-Israeli onslaught against Iran, he noted that Iran was subjected to aggression during this period of conflict but did not abandon the negotiation table until the last moments.

The senior Hezbollah member reiterated that Hezbollah will never surrender and will not engage in illegitimate negotiations with the Israeli enemy.
