UK Public Opposes U.S. Aggression Against Iran, Poll Reveals
A recent poll conducted in the United Kingdom indicates widespread opposition to the United States engaging in military action against Iran, with a significant majority disagreeing with President Trump’s decisions.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, reveals that a survey by the UK-based institution YouGov shows 70 percent of participants are against their country joining the United States in any aggression towards Iran.
The report further details that 57 percent of those surveyed consider President Trump’s decision to launch military aggression against Iran to be a mistake, with only 18 percent expressing support for such actions. Prior surveys conducted within the United States itself had also indicated that the majority of Americans were opposed to the Trump administration’s warmongering policies.
