Israel’s Security Cabinet Convenes in Underground Bunker Amid Fears of Iranian Retaliation

The Israeli security cabinet convened an emergency session in an underground bunker, as concerns mount over a potential retaliatory strike from Iran following recent escalations, including Israeli attacks on Lebanon.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli media outlets reported that the security and political cabinet of the Zionist regime commenced an extraordinary meeting minutes ago in an underground shelter. Israeli officials have stated that Tel Aviv’s official stance is that if Iran initiates a retaliatory action, Israel will respond in kind. The session is being held in an underground bunker amidst palpable tension in the occupied territories, fueled by fear of a potential reaction from the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Zionist regime once again targeted Beirut and southern Lebanon with its attacks today. Iranian officials had previously warned the regime that an attack on Beirut would be met with a severe response from Iran. Last week, Iran launched missile and drone attacks on the occupied territories in retaliation for Israel’s attacks on Beirut. Meanwhile, the Zionist regime has implemented widespread jamming of GPS systems out of fear of Iranian missile attacks. Israeli media reported nationwide disruptions to Global Positioning System (GPS) devices across all areas controlled by the regime. According to the report, all occupied territories are experiencing these disruptions, with navigation and location systems either non-operational or malfunctioning.
