Hamas Denounces Killing of Palestinian Youths in Hebron as Failed Attempt to Suppress Resistance

The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has condemned the killing of two Palestinian teenagers in Hebron as a barbaric act by the Israeli occupation government and a futile effort to extinguish the spirit of resistance in the West Bank.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas stated that the continued killing of the Palestinian people by the fascist Zionist enemy, with direct attacks on children and adolescents in the city of Hebron in the southern West Bank, represents an escalation of the brutal crimes perpetrated by the occupation cabinet.

The movement emphasized in a statement that the Israeli regime’s cabinet, by pursuing a policy of assassination and terror, continues its unsuccessful attempts to extinguish the deep-rooted flame of resistance in the West Bank.

Hamas offered condolences for the martyrdom of two Palestinian citizens in Hebron, identified as 19-year-old Issa Arafat Ismail Awad and 15-year-old Reda Sami Hassan Awad. The movement asserted that all efforts by the criminal Zionist regime to intimidate the people of the West Bank through organized killings will inevitably fail. These atrocities, Hamas stated, will only lead to increased resilience, steadfastness, a strengthened will for resistance, the Palestinian people’s commitment to their rights, and their resolve to confront the ongoing aggressions and provocations of the occupiers.

The movement urged the Palestinian people in the Hebron Governorate and all West Bank governorates to intensify all forms of resistance, increase their presence in conflict zones and contact points with the occupiers, confront occupation terrorism, support the Palestinian people and land, and prevent settler incursions.

Zionist soldiers opened fire on the two Palestinian teenagers near the “Karmi Tzur” settlement. Local sources reported that the bodies of the two martyrs were confiscated by occupation forces after their deaths.
