Trump Faces Strategic Stalemate on Iran Policy, Analyst Claims

Political analyst Mohamed Elsharqawy asserts that U.S. President Donald Trump is experiencing strategic uncertainty regarding actions against Iran, lacking a clear plan to navigate potential conflicts, particularly concerning the Strait of Hormuz.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, political analyst Mohamed Elsharqawy, an expert in international conflict resolution, has stated that U.S. President Donald Trump is in a phase of strategic confusion concerning a potential conflict with Iran. Elsharqawy emphasized that Trump lacks a defined strategy for the Strait of Hormuz and for engaging in a war against Iran.
Previously, Elsharqawy had also commented that military options have not succeeded in achieving the objectives desired by the United States in its dealings with Iran. He further noted that President Donald Trump has come to the conclusion that the sole use of force and power is insufficient to alter on-the-ground realities.
