Gaza War Death Toll Surpasses 73,000 as Casualties Mount

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll in the ongoing conflict has risen to 73,039, with an additional 173,388 individuals injured. Medical officials reported the recovery of new casualties and bodies from under rubble over the past 24 hours.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that four martyrs were transferred to Gaza hospitals within the last 24 hours. These included two newly deceased, one individual succumbing to previous injuries, and another whose body was recovered from under debris.

The ministry further stated that an additional 20 people were injured in attacks by the Israeli regime. Since the implementation of a ceasefire on October 11, a total of 1,027 individuals have been martyred, 3,280 injured, and 785 bodies retrieved from under rubble or destroyed areas.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that since the war began on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs has reached 73,039, with the number of injured at 173,388. The ministry emphasized that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, with rescue teams unable to access them due to the prevailing conditions.
