US Navy Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing in Arabian Sea; One Service Member Missing

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet has confirmed an emergency landing of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush in the Arabian Sea. The fleet announced via its social media platform X that it is currently searching for one missing crew member following the incident.
Three of the four crew members aboard the helicopter were successfully rescued and are in stable condition on the deck of the USS George H.W. Bush. U.S. Navy units are continuing their search operations to locate the sole missing crew member.
The Fifth Fleet stated that there are no indications that the helicopter’s emergency landing was a result of hostile action. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
