Wall Street Journal Claims IRGC Undermined Iran Nuclear Talks

The Wall Street Journal has alleged that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) actions weakened ongoing nuclear negotiations, despite Iran’s negotiating team efforts to advance discussions, according to reports citing U.S. officials.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The Wall Street Journal, citing Washington officials, has claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has undermined nuclear negotiation efforts through repeated attacks, despite the Iranian negotiating team’s endeavors to move forward with the talks.

The report alleges that Iran launched approximately 50 missiles and drones in response to U.S. military aggressions. The Wall Street Journal further claims that in one of these attacks, an Iranian drone successfully struck a warehouse belonging to the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. This alleged strike reflects the operational authority of Iran’s armed forces and the vulnerability of American bases in the region.
