Top Advisor Cites Book on Trump’s Power Consolidation Amidst U.S. Decline

A senior advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader has referenced a book detailing the concentration of power within the U.S. presidency during Donald Trump’s potential second term, suggesting an internal narrative of American decline.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Mohammad Mokhber, an aide and advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, has drawn attention to the book ‘Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump.’ The book examines the consolidation of power during a potential second Trump presidency and the weakening of institutional constraints on the president.

Mokhber posted on his personal page, “Trump dreamed of ‘regime change’ for others and promised ‘Make America Great Again’; but what is being narrated from within America today? ‘Regime Change’ narrates the weakening of America’s structure in favor of personal power. History, from Nimrod to the present day, carries one warning: unchecked power ultimately destroys its owner.”
