Aleppo Security Forces on High Alert Following Twin Explosions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by the Mehr News Agency citing SANA, the Aleppo Civil Defense Organization announced that the explosions have left several people injured.

Faisal Mohammed Ali, commander of Aleppo Civil Defense operations, warned citizens to avoid the incident site, stating, “The continuation of explosions has prevented rescue teams from accessing the scene.”

Simultaneously with the occurrence of this incident, security forces in Aleppo province were placed on full alert.

According to reports, the main Aleppo-Damascus road and all routes leading to the explosion site in the southern province have been blocked.

In this regard, local authorities have asked residents of the area to refrain from leaving their homes and gathering near the incident site to protect their health and that of the rescue teams.

Although hospitals and emergency teams are on full alert, no official explanation has yet been released regarding the root cause of these consecutive explosions.
