Yemen’s Ansar Allah Vows Surprises for Adversaries Amidst Regional Tensions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hizam Al-Assad, a member of the political bureau of Yemen‘s Ansar Allah movement, emphasized in an interview with Al Mayadeen that Sana’a has inflicted a strong blow upon the Al Saud regime and its proxies who claimed dominion over Bab el-Mandeb. The United States and Saudi Arabia are making desperate efforts to seize control of this vital region.
He added that control over Bab el-Mandeb and the Red Sea was already in the hands of Yemeni forces even before the control of the western coast. “We are witnessing stability and military advancements on the Taiz front. The Yemeni armed forces have many surprises prepared for the enemy. If Saudi Arabia continues to insist on aggression and siege against Yemen, it must expect further blows,” Al-Assad stated.
Al-Assad further elaborated that Yemen is prepared to confront the escalation of tensions from American, Zionist, or any other aggressors. “We have many options to respond to the aggressors,” he said, noting that most of the facilities and areas targeted by Saudi warplanes in Yemen, including airports, bridges, and communication networks, are civilian.
Regarding Qatar, he commented, “This country is seeking to curry favor with the U.S. government by supporting the Al Saud regime in its aggression against Yemen. Qatar should distance itself from enmity with the Yemeni people.” He also advised the ruling system in Syria, stating, “If it seeks to rid itself of foreign mercenaries, it would be better to use them in the war to liberate its country against Israel, not in Yemen.”
