Saudi Arabia Warns Yemenis to Evacuate Oil Company Premises in Sanaa

The Saudi-led coalition has issued a warning for Yemeni civilians to evacuate the premises of the Yemen Oil Company’s central station in Sanaa, citing an imminent operation.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, in a statement released by the Saudi coalition and reported by Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency, Yemeni civilians were urged to vacate the Yemen Oil Company’s central station in Sanaa for their own safety.

The Saudi-led coalition had previously announced its intention to issue a warning message to civilians, directing them to clear a specific area in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, responded to the coalition’s evacuation warning, which precedes a planned special operation in Sanaa. In a social media post, Saree emphasized that the Yemeni armed forces caution the Saudi enemy that any assault on Sanaa will be met with a severe and painful response in Riyadh.
