Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 74,000 Since October 2023
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that six martyrs and 26 injured individuals were transferred to Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 48 hours. Of those registered as martyrs during this period, four were recently killed, and two others succumbed to their pre-existing severe injuries.
The ministry also stated that since the ceasefire established on October 11, 2025, a total of 1,580 Palestinians have been martyred and 5,711 have been injured. The bodies of 845 martyrs have also been recovered from under rubble or from various areas during this timeframe.
According to the latest released statistics, the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,594, and the number of injured has reached 175,834. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza declared that after completing the information and confirmation by the Martyr Registration Committee, the names of 18 additional martyrs have been added to the cumulative statistics since the last update on October 24, 2026.
