reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, “Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani”, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip in a telephone conversation with “Antonio Guterres”, the Secretary General of the United Nations.
According to this report, in this telephone conversation, the two sides discussed mediation efforts to end the aggression of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip and to send humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.
Also, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani had a discussion with a delegation of the US Congress about the latest developments in the Gaza war and the joint efforts of Doha and Washington to stop this war.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar previously issued a statement calling for international action to prevent the genocide in Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.
