In a statement, the Red Crescent called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the security of medical and relief teams in this strip.

This statement states that if humanitarian aid is not sent to the northern Gaza Strip, the risk of famine will threaten this region again.

Palestinian Red Crescent stressed that the specter of famine has once again cast a shadow over the Gaza Strip and this issue will intensify the humanitarian crisis in this strip.
