Exchange of draft regulations of the Delimitation Commission between Yerevan and Baku

According to the relevant agreements, the demarcation commissions are working on coordinating the draft regulations related to the demarcation of state borders between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia. 

According to Azarnews, determining the state border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan is one of the most important points of this draft.

As of July 1, 2024, the Commissions have presented the draft regulations to the parties and conducted a series of regular discussions. Negotiations are progressing constructively and the coordination process is expected to be completed soon.

Earlier, the foreign ministers of the two sides welcomed the progress in border delimitation and the agreements reached in this regard, and the foreign ministers of the two countries and accompanying delegations continued the talks on the draft peace agreement and bilateral relations. 

They agreed to continue negotiations on issues that remain open due to differences.
