The media of the Zionist regime revealed that the occupying army had used the Hannibal protocol against the Zionist soldiers and settlers on October 7.

This newspaper continued its report and added that based on this research, the occupying army used the “Hannibal” protocol on October 7th to kill kidnappers and kidnapped people.
According to this protocol, in order not to have to pay a heavy price later, the Israeli army targets and kills Israelis who were captured or are in danger of being captured.
