Arab sources report that the heads of the Mossad and the CIA will travel to Qatar on Wednesday to discuss a ceasefire in Gaza.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, according to Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed website, “David Barnia” and “William Burns”, the heads of the Mossad and CIA intelligence agencies, will travel to Doha, Qatar on Wednesday of this week.

This trip is carried out in line with the dialogue with the mediators regarding the establishment of a ceasefire in Gaza. Meanwhile, the recent proposal for a ceasefire has been met with the approval of the United States and the positive response of the Hamas movement.

The talks in the Qatari capital will focus on “transitioning from an initial ceasefire to a longer period of ceasefire,” the source said. A Palestinian official familiar with the negotiations confirmed that mediators from Egypt are also present in the new round of Doha negotiations.

According to this source, the new round of indirect negotiations between Hamas and the Zionist regime will begin on Wednesday with the presence of Egyptian, Qatari and American mediators.

This Palestinian official announced that Khalil al-Hiya will head the board of the Hamas movement. In this regard, he said: In this meeting, all the details of the ceasefire proposal put forward by Tel Aviv, which was approved by the Americans, will be discussed and analyzed, along with the response of Hamas.
