report Mehr News Agency, citing Sputnik, media sources reported that the Syrian air defenses engaged several hostile targets in front of the beach of the city of “Jebele” in the suburbs of “Latakia” during the morning of this Thursday.
Sputnik reporter reported that one of the hostile missiles hit the vicinity of Jabaleh city and this caused the fire.
At the same time as this missile hit, several strong explosions were also heard.
A security source also told Sputnik that the Syrian air defense has been fighting hostile targets believed to be drones for more than half an hour.
According to this source, these drones have tried to target some positions around Jabaleh city.
