We are against using Iraqi soil to attack our neighbors

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted Waa, Iraqi Foreign Minister “Fouad Hossein” expressed Baghdad’s point of view regarding regional developments in a joint press conference with “Abbas Araghchi” the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country.

In this news conference, the Iraqi Foreign Minister said: The Iraqi government has warned against the expansion of the scope of the war. We are against using Iraqi territory to attack neighboring countries.

Fouad Hossein stressed: The outbreak of war in the region threatens international peace. We are trying to keep Iraq away from the framework of any war in the region.

Also, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq pointed out that the decision of war and peace depends on the three powers of the Iraqi government. The flare-up of war can lead to an energy crisis and threaten shipping.

Fouad Hossein stated: Preparing to attack specific locations in Iran by the Zionist regime is a dangerous thing. The continued aggression of the Zionists to Lebanon and Gaza threatens the stability of the region.
