Wounding of 8 Austrian troops, members of UNIFIL
The Ministry of Defense of Austria announced that 8 Austrian soldiers were injured in a missile attack on UN peacekeeping forces on the border of Lebanon and the occupied territories.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, the United Nations peacekeeping forces on the border of Lebanon and the occupied territories known as UNIFIL have been targeted once again.
In this regard, the Ministry of Defense of Austria issued a statement and announced that 8 Austrian soldiers who were members of the UNIFIL forces were injured following a missile attack on Al Naqourah.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Defense of Austria, the injuries inflicted on these Austrian UNIFIL members are not dangerous.
It is also stated in this statement: At the moment, the source of the attack on the UNIFIL forces in Al Naqura is not known.
