Guterres’ statements are biased/We continue to build up nuclear forces

In a separate statement, the North Korean Foreign Ministry, referring to the Security Council meeting scheduled to be held on Monday regarding Pyongyang’s recent missile test, “encourages enemy forces to create critical conditions against the security of North Korea.” through the adoption of dual policies” he accused.
