He is going to meet and talk with his counterpart in North Korea.

Russian Defense Minister was welcomed at Sunan Airport in the outskirts of Pyongyang.

North Korean Defense Minister General No Gwang Chol welcomed his counterpart.

Last June, Russian President Vladimir Putin paid a two-day visit to North Korea.
