Al-Jolani slogan for the Syrian army: the perpetrators of the torture of the Syrian people will be tried
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera Qatar Network, “Ahmad Al Sharia” Commander-in-Chief of the Terrorist Operations Room of the Tahrir al-Sham known as “Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani” announced in a statement: “There is no attempt to prosecute the officers involved in torture.” People have had a hand, we will not hesitate.
He also said that we will consider rewards for providing information about perpetrators of war crimes.
Al-Jolani added: We will publish a list of people involved in torturing the Syrian people and we emphasize that war criminals will be prosecuted in any country they fled to.
He said: Our emphasis was that we will tolerate people whose hands are not stained with the blood of the Syrian people, but we will never allow the blood of martyrs to be wasted. The rights of prisoners should be forgotten.
