Zelnsky: America constantly changes the provisions of the mineral agreement

reports Mehr News Agency President Ukraine, pointing out that the United States is constantly changing the provisions of the rare mineral agreement with Kiev, said that there is currently no matter on the agenda to guarantee and justify his trip to Washington.

Zelnski regretted the lack of a final agreement on rare minerals with the United States after meeting with European leaders at the France’s “Coalition” summit in France.
“In the end, they (Americans) constantly change the terms,” ​​he said. I’m not going to go to Washington because there is no matter on the agenda.
“We have a lot of agreements about minerals, and I tend to be practiced, not to look at it, not to look at it,” he said, pointing out that numerous drafts and frameworks have been discussed.
He noted that Ukrainian and US teams are currently working on the final version of the agreement, adding: “The United States is a complete agreement, but this requires careful and comprehensive consideration and serious agreements to take it to parliament.”
