Deadly explosion in California US leaves one dead
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the Los Angeles Times, an explosion occurred on Saturday in Palm Springs, California, which was felt within a radius of over two miles.
the explosion claimed at least one life and severely damaged several buildings, including a specialized fertility clinic.
The local government of Palm Springs stated in a release that the explosion occurred shortly before 11 AM local time.

Ron deHarte, Mayor of Palm Springs, confirmed to the Los Angeles Times that the incident resulted from a bomb exploding inside or near a parked vehicle adjacent to the building, leading to one fatality.
The Desert Sun newspaper also reported that William Hutchinson, an officer with the Palm Springs Police Department, explained that the blast was linked to a vehicle parked outside the American Fertility Center.
A witness told the newspaper: “Five minutes after the explosion while passing by the clinic, I saw human remains and car debris.”
The City of Palm Springs also urged residents to avoid the area so emergency responders could work without obstruction.
Gavin Newsom, Governor of California, posted on social media that his office had been notified and was coordinating with local and federal authorities to support incident response efforts.
