US Secretary of State takes new stance on Iran
According to webangah News Agency, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio addressed Iran’s nuclear program, stating: “We believe an acceptable agreement with Iran is one that does not permit uranium enrichment.”
Regarding sanctions relief for Syria, he added: ”Lifting sanctions allows our regional partners to deliver aid to Syria.We decided to assist Syria by easing restrictions—without this step, neighboring nations cannot help stabilize the country.” he described Syria’s new government as “on the brink of collapse, facing civil war and a potential ISIS resurgence.”
on Russia, Rubio emphasized: “Maintaining a defined level of dialog with Russia as a nuclear power aligns with our interests.” He further accused Moscow of initiating the Ukraine war, stating: “War crimes have occurred in this conflict, and we are working to end it. Russia is the aggressor.”
The Secretary also announced plans to visit Mexico in coming weeks to discuss enhanced security cooperation on border control and crime prevention.Additionally, he mentioned U.S.reevaluation of foreign aid mechanisms.
