Israel’s pressure on diplomats to neutralize its case in the Hague
The Zionist regime is seeking to put pressure on its diplomats in other countries to nullify South Africa's case regarding the genocide of this regime in Gaza at the International Court of Justice. |
According to the Axios report, this telegram, sent by the Israeli Foreign Ministry on Thursday, predates Tel Aviv’s diplomatic action plan. From next week’s hearing, the Hague Court will explain as follows: international pressure will be put on the court so that a ruling is not issued that obliges Israel to stop military operations in Gaza.
South Africa filed this case last week . The complaint states that Israel’s attack on Gaza violates its obligations under the 1948 Genocide Convention. This convention defines genocide as: acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group. They are the extermination of a significant part of the Palestinian people in this region.”
According to Axios, Israel immediately called this case “baseless”, but – unlike previous cases in international courts – decided to go before the court. to attend, because he is one of the signatories of the Genocide Convention.
