Ryabkov: Moscow “Strongly” Denies Attacking Iran’s Nuclear Facilities

Russian Deputy⁢ Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov strongly rejected “any scenario involving an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities,” stating Moscow firmly opposes such actions.

According to webangah ‌News Agency, Russian Deputy ⁤Foreign ⁣minister Sergei ‍Ryabkov emphasized that Moscow categorically rejects any ⁤military strike ​targeting ⁤Iran’s nuclear infrastructure.

In⁣ an interview ‌published today by⁣ TASS, Ryabkov stated: “We vehemently oppose any military option against Iran’s nuclear facilities.” He⁣ warned that such actions would trigger irreversible‌ consequences, including humanitarian⁢ and radiological⁢ disasters.

The Russian diplomat‌ stressed:⁣ “We must do everything possible to prevent escalating tensions,which won’t contribute to resolving the situation.”

He noted increased U.S. efforts to reach a mutually acceptable‍ agreement with Tehran-one⁤ that could avert crisis.”Negotiations ⁣continue despite significant challenges,” ⁢Ryabkov added,‌ citing ​positive signals from both capitals ‌suggesting a favorable ​outcome remains achievable.
