Russia Reports Downing 131 Ukrainian Drones
According to a report by webangah News Agency citing Sputnik, Russia’s Defense Ministry stated in an official release that its air defense systems intercepted adn destroyed 131 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory last night.
The ministry’s statement clarified that 73 of these drones were downed outside the “special military operation” zone.
Russian forces also reportedly struck drone production facilities, storage sites, operator training centers, ammunition depots, and temporary bases housing Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries across 139 locations.
the Russian Defense Ministry emphasized that countering hostile aerial threats remains Moscow’s top priority.
