Italy Cancels Contract with Zionist Regime’s Spy Firm ‘Paragon
Following reports of Italy’s goverment using Israeli spyware firm ”Paragon” to hack critics’ phones, Reuters announced the termination of the contract between the two parties.
According to webangah News Agency, citing Reuters based on a parliamentary document, italy has terminated its contract with Israeli surveillance company Paragon.
The cancellation comes after revelations that Italy’s government allegedly used Paragon’s spyware to hack mobile phones belonging to its critics.
A recent Italian parliamentary task force confirmed that authorities deployed spyware developed by Israel-based Paragon to target several civil society activists in the country.
Hebrew newspaper Maariv previously reported that Paragon-accused of espionage-was founded by former Israeli intelligence officers.
